The app that tells you what changed.
One guided body photo a day. Every week, a plain-language note on what has visibly changed. No body-fat guesses, no numbers you can’t trust — and your photos never leave your phone unless you say so.
Twenty seconds a day

How it works
Same photo, every day
A ghost of your reference pose sits over the camera. The shutter unlocks when you’re lined up. Under twenty seconds, no tripod ritual.
A quality gate before anything is saved
Bad light, wrong distance or a different pose get a specific message and a retake — so your timeline stays comparable.
A weekly note, in words
Visible change takes weeks; daily differences are mostly water, light and food. Daily Body compares across weeks and describes what it sees.
Built not to make you obsess
One capture a day. No daily comparison, by design.
Your photos stay yours
- Photos are stored encrypted on your device. There is no account.
- Lock the app with Face ID or your passcode — offered during setup, one toggle.
- Weekly summaries use derived data (outlines and measurements), not your raw photos, unless you opt in for a session.
- Optional encrypted iCloud backup, off by default: if you turn it on, an encrypted copy goes to your own iCloud, locked with a key only your devices hold.
- Delete everything with one tap. Nothing is kept on our side.
- Not
- A medical device. Daily Body describes visible appearance only — no body-fat, weight or BMI estimates.
How the invite works
- We add you. A person adds your Apple ID to the test, usually within a day or two.
- Apple emails you. The invite comes from TestFlight, not from us.
- Install and open. Get the free TestFlight app, tap the invite, and the app installs.
