Daily Body privacy policy

Daily Body is made by CyberInnovate FZ-LLC (“CyberInnovate”, “we”, “us”), RAKEZ Headquarters, Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (P.O. Box 10055). This policy explains what Daily Body collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email privacy@cyberinnovate.ai and we will answer plainly.

The short version

• Your photos stay on your device unless you opt in for a session.
• No account, no ads, no data sales, no tracking across apps.
• Optional encrypted iCloud backup, off by default: if you turn it on, an encrypted copy goes to your own iCloud, locked with a key only your devices hold.
• Delete everything with one tap. Nothing is kept on our side.

What Daily Body collects

• Photos. Your body photos, pose references and tags are stored encrypted on your device, and you can lock the app with Face ID or your passcode. Weekly summaries are computed from derived data such as outlines and measurements. Raw photos are sent to our AI provider only if you opt in for that session, and are deleted after processing.
• No account. Daily Body needs no account, so we hold no email address or profile for you.
• Optional iCloud backup. Off by default. If you turn it on, an encrypted copy of your journal goes to your own iCloud account, locked with a key only your devices hold; we cannot read it. Turning it off lets you keep or delete that copy.
• Health and activity data. Only if you explicitly grant access (for example to Apple Health) and only the categories you choose. Used to show you your own progress. Never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with data brokers.
• Usage and diagnostics. Anonymous crash reports and basic usage events so we can fix bugs. Not linked to your identity.
• Testing. Daily Body is in testing through Apple’s TestFlight, which shares with us the email you were invited with and any feedback, screenshots or crash reports you choose to send.

How AI features work

Some features send text (or, with your opt-in, derived image data) to an AI model to generate suggestions, summaries or companion dialogue. The app tells you before the first use. We send only what the feature needs, we do not use your content to train AI models, and our providers are contractually required not to retain it.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show third-party advertising or share data with ad networks.
• We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We do not make medical, diagnostic or body-composition claims from your data.

Who else processes data

Only providers that make Daily Body work, such as the AI model provider for AI features and, if you turn sync on, our cloud storage provider. Each is bound to protect your data at least as well as this policy, to use it only for us, and our AI providers are contractually required not to retain it or train on it.

Keeping and deleting your data

Most of your data stays on your device. Where sync is offered and turned on, data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest. You can export or delete your data in the app’s settings, or by emailing us. If you delete the app, your account or your data, synced copies are deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Your choices

• Revoke Health, camera, notification or other permissions from your device’s Settings at any time.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it; we reply within 30 days.
• You can also complain to the UAE Data Office or, in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.

Children

Daily Body is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you inside the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
